Terms & Conditions

1. Scope of Services

TV Mounting Same Day LLC provides TV wall mounting and related installation services. All services are limited to labor only unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Customers are responsible for providing the TV, mount, and any necessary hardware unless otherwise arranged.

2. Customer Responsibilities

The customer agrees to:

  • Ensure the work area is clear and accessible prior to the appointment
  • Provide a functional TV in good working condition
  • Inform the installer of any known structural, electrical, or plumbing conditions
  • Be present or have a responsible adult present during service

Failure to meet these conditions may affect the service and results.

3. TV Condition & Testing

Customers have the right to request that the TV be tested before installation.

  • If the TV is tested before installation and becomes damaged during the service, TV Mounting Same Day LLC accepts responsibility.
  • If the customer does not request testing prior to installation, TV Mounting Same Day LLC is not responsible for any pre-existing damage discovered after installation.
4. Wall Conditions & Hidden Risks

TV mounting involves drilling into walls, which may contain:

  • Electrical wiring
  • Plumbing
  • Structural elements

While reasonable care is taken, hidden conditions are beyond control.

In the rare event of accidental damage (e.g., water pipe puncture):

  • The customer must know how to shut off the main water supply immediately
  • TV Mounting Same Day LLC will assess responsibility
  • If at fault, damages will be handled through insurance or repair arrangements

For minor damages, we may choose to repair through a third-party contractor instead of filing an insurance claim.

5. Limitation of Liability

TV Mounting Same Day LLC is not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing wall conditions
  • Structural weaknesses or improper construction
  • Damage caused by defective TVs or mounts
  • Indirect or incidental damages
6. Moving TVs (Transportation Disclaimer)

TV Mounting Same Day LLC does not provide TV moving services.

In limited cases, we may assist as a courtesy. However:

  • This is done at the customer’s own risk
  • We are not responsible for any damage during transport

For safe transport, customers should use original packaging or professional movers.

7. Appointments & Cancellations
  • We do not charge cancellation fees
  • Customers are expected to notify us in advance if canceling
  • Customers must confirm their appointment at least 1 hour prior

Failure to confirm may result in rescheduling.

8. Pricing & Payments
  • All prices are for labor only unless stated otherwise
  • Hardware (mounts, anchors, etc.) is not included unless specified
  • If hardware is provided by us, additional charges apply

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed.

9. Third-Party Referrals

If we refer you to a third-party contractor:

  • That provider operates independently
  • You must review their own terms and policies
  • Our Terms & Conditions do not apply to their services

We are not responsible for any third-party work.

10. Communication Consent

By contacting us or submitting a form, you agree to be contacted via:

  • Phone
  • Text message
  • Email

If you wish to stop receiving messages, reply “STOP” at any time.

11. No Guarantee of Concealment

While we aim for clean installations, full cable concealment or aesthetic outcomes depend on wall structure and conditions. Results may vary.

12. Independent Contractor Clause (Partners / Installers)

Any installers or partners working with or referred by TV Mounting Same Day LLC operate as independent contractors.

  • No employment relationship is created
  • Each contractor is responsible for their own work, insurance, and compliance
  • TV Mounting Same Day LLC is not liable for third-party services
  • Pricing, estimates, and payment terms for third-party services are determined solely by the independent contractor and may vary. TV Mounting Same Day LLC does not set, control, or guarantee third-party pricing.
13. Acceptance of Terms

By booking a service, requesting a quote, or allowing work to begin, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
